Peanut Butter Crunch Cake

My girlfriend is allergic to tree nuts and peanuts, so I've had to retire or tweak A LOT of my recipes, but a neighbor gave me this recently and I thought you'd all enjoy.

Peanut Butter Crunch Cake

1 Yellow Moist Cake Mix ½ Cup Brown Sugar

1 Cup Peanut Butter

Mix until forms crumbs. Set aside 1 cup of crumb mixture.

Add the following to the remaining crumbs to form batter for the cake:

1 Cup Water ¼ cup Oil

3 eggs

Mix until smooth. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Top with remaining crumbs and 6 oz of chocolate chips.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 – 35 minutes until done.
