Peanut Butter Crunch Cake
1 Yellow Moist Cake Mix
1 Cup Peanut Butter
Mix until forms crumbs. Set aside 1 cup of crumb mixture.
Add the following to the remaining crumbs to form batter for the cake:
1 Cup Water
3 eggs
Mix until smooth. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Top with remaining crumbs and 6 oz of chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 – 35 minutes until done.
*google images (and http://andreascakes.blogspot.com/) says it should look like this but I can't have peanut butter around so I don't know.
